Ginger Says is the service provider; it is also referred to as "us" and "we".
Customer is the person or organisation who purchases or seeks services from Ginger Says; it is also referred to as "you".
For on-line orders, accepted payments include credit card (Visa/ Mastercard ONLY), pay pal and direct debit. If you select to pay by direct debit, please print out and fax the checkout form, at the completion of your order, to Ginger Says on (07) 4872 5660 or post to Ginger Says, PO Box 5172 Gladstone Q 4680.
The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from Ginger Says until the full amount is paid.

RETURN AND REFUND
At Ginger Says, we strive to provide our customers the best in quality and presentation. If you feel your order has not been fulfilled correctly or was not what you expected, Ginger Says will investigate the circumstances and a refund may be offered. Any incorrect, missing or damaged or faulty items received must be reported to Ginger Says within 48 hours of you or the recipient receiving the delivery. If a refund is being issued, goods must be returned within 10 days (if applicable) and include all the original packaging. Delivery and handling cost are not refundable.
Ginger Says owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.
DAMAGED GOODS AND CLAIMS
At Ginger Says, we carefully inspect all goods before they are packed. Ginger Says will not be held responsible for damage to perishable goods occurring during transit outside the Gladstone area. We will advise the customer before sending the product if we feel the weather and destination may effect any of the products. It is then at the customer's discretion to decide weather to continue with the order and we accept no liability for the outcome.
At Ginger Says, we take great care when packaging our gifts to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Although we use bubble wrap and other packaging to safeguard against breakages, occasionally, fragile items can be damaged on their journey. Please notify us immediately upon opening the parcel of any breakages or damage caused in transit. We may be able to claim the goods on insurance and provide a replacement.
All claims are voided if a returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, misinstalled, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged.
Ginger Says is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to Ginger Says.
PURCHASE OF LIQUOR
Ginger Says is authorised to sell liquor in accordance with Liquor Licence regulations in Queensland. It is an offence to sell liquor to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. We reserve the right to make further inquiries as to the age of any purchaser of liquor. The receiver of the gift may be required to show proof of age upon delivery.
Please Note:If ordering a gift hamper containing alcohol, the person signing for, and/or receiving the gift must be eighteen (18) years of age. When agreeing to the terms and conditions upon placing your order, you are also agreeing to adhere to this strict guideline.
